St. Petersburg, Florida, resident Patrick Donatelli is a self-taught artist and commercial illustrator whose artwork themes include sports, jazz musicians, historic 20th century ideas. Donatelli began illustrating in 1980 in oil and pencil as his medium of choice. His accomplishments include large mural work for the Super Bowl at Tampa stadium in 1983, The Tampa bay Rowdies, Dailey communications, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
His personal commissions include the St. Louis Cardinals, Trammel Crow Company, Sports Portraits include Doug Williams, Ricky Bell, Leroy Selmon, and John Mckay, and the private collections of Tom and Mary James Raymond James Financial. His Father was the late great National League umpire, Augie Donatelli of 24 years.
